Mark is one of the founding directors of CK Legal. Mark has extensive experience in resolving complex commercial disputes, particularly in the areas of commercial debt, mortgage recovery and insolvency disputes. He also provides insolvency and restructuring advice to insolvency practitioners, lenders, corporates and individuals.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends and is an avid supporter of the Geelong Cats.

Derrick is the co-founder and director of CK Legal. Derrick has decades of experience in a broad range of finance, property and commercial law. He regularly advises anything from private lenders, property developers, family businesses, right down to first home buyers.
Outside of his professional career, Derrick has a passion for God, his family, adventure and personal growth.

Punam Roopra holds a Bachelor of Business (Law) and a Juris Doctor from Monash University and was admitted to the Supreme Court in 2018. She works primarily in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Outside of work, Punam enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading and trying out new recipes.

Jayme is a meticulous and devoted lawyer, assisting in finance, property, and commercial law. His unwavering attention to detail and affable disposition make him an invaluable member of the CK Legal team.

Amanda is an experienced property law clerk who brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, having encountered a wide range of situations in her career. She is one of our key contacts for our property clients and takes pleasure in engaging with them.
