As a result, Capstone Koroneos Legal is a commercial practice that offers highly personalised and meaningful legal advice on a range of finance, property, commercial advice, insolvency and commercial litigation matters.
Mark Koroneos – Director
Mark is a practising lawyer with over 25 years’ experience.
He specialises in the following areas:
- all aspects of commercial lending;
- commercial dispute resolution, particularly in the areas of commercial debt and mortgage recovery and insolvency litigation;
- insolvency and restructuring advice to lenders, corporates, individuals and insolvency practitioners.
He is focused on ensuring that clients are kept well informed and ultimately achieve their commercial objectives.
Derrick Toh – Director
Derrick has more than 15 years’ of experience in a broad range of commercial, property, superannuation and mortgage/securities law.
He has overseen matters for major banks, financial institutions, public listed companies, self- managed super funds as well as valued private individuals.
His goal is to pursue constructive and successful outcomes for his clients, building long term relationships along the way. In doing so, he embraces the challenge to be a professional that cares, not just about the outcome, but ensuring clients feel valued throughout the process.
